Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what we need to print and ship your tiles, we don't sell your data, and we're not interesting enough to want more of it.

What we collect

Account details — your name, email, and a hashed password. We never see the password itself; neither do we want to.
Order details — what you bought, the shipping address you gave us, and the designs you create (those live with our print partner so we can actually print them).
Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
Email + marketing — if you join the waitlist or buy something, we use Klaviyo to send you email you can unsubscribe from with one click, and Resend for transactional email you probably want (receipts, shipping notices).
Analytics — standard website analytics via Google Tag Manager, so we know which pages people look at and which they ignore.

What we do with it

Print your order, ship your order, email you about your order, and — if you opted in — occasionally tell you about new things. That's the whole business model: tiles, not data.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the shop run: Stripe (payments), our print production partner (your designs, so they become tiles), Klaviyo and Resend (email), and Google (analytics). We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.

Unsubscribe from marketing anytime via the link in any email. Want your account or data deleted? Email hello@snarkytiles.com and we'll take care of it, minus anything we're legally required to keep (tax records are immortal; we don't make the rules).
