Custom orders

Every Snarky Tiles set is made specifically for you, and production begins as soon as your payment goes through — nobody else wants a tile set with your mother-in-law's face on the jokers, however delightful she is. So an order can't be canceled or returned because you changed your mind or changed the design you wanted.

If something is wrong with an order you just placed, email hello@snarkytiles.com as fast as you can. If we haven't started printing it yet, we'll do what we reasonably can to help, which may include canceling it for a full refund.

Something isn't right

Your order is covered by our 100% Happiness Guarantee. If a printing, manufacturing, shipping-damage, or similar problem on our side keeps you from being happy with the set, email hello@snarkytiles.com within 14 days after delivery. We'll reprint and reship the affected tiles — or the complete set if necessary — at no cost to you.

No return required. We may ask for a photo or two so we can understand what happened and improve our production process — not so we can argue with you. If we can't reasonably fix the problem with a reprint, we may refund the affected items instead.

Your design printed exactly as approved

Typos, incorrect photos, layout choices, and other design decisions that appeared in the preview you approved aren't manufacturing defects. But they aren't a dead end: our Tiles for Life promise lets you correct or replace individual tiles for the current replacement shipping-and-handling charge (currently $4.99 per tile).

Color

Screens make color with light; our printer makes it with ink, so printed tiles read a little softer than the glowing preview, and true neons can't be printed by anyone. Normal screen-to-print variation is expected, and our Color Accuracy Policy explains it. But if a color genuinely misses for you, tell us within your 14-day Happiness Guarantee window and we'll work with you to adjust it and reprint.

Lost in transit

If the carrier loses your package before delivery, contact us. We'll handle the carrier side and reprint and reship your order at no additional cost to you.

If tracking indicates delivery but you can't locate the package, contact us promptly and we'll work with you and the carrier to investigate.

Studio Passes and do-over packs

A Studio Pass and a do-over pack pay for design work that starts the moment you buy them — Madge's time and the artwork she generates — so they are not refundable. The $39 a Studio Pass costs still comes off your set as a credit when you order one within six months of buying the pass. The Happiness Guarantee covers the tiles we print, not the design session.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method immediately on our side; banks then take 5–10 business days to do what computers do in milliseconds.
